Ingredients:
Sweet potatoes
Cajunbelle, Cayenne, or Jalapeno pepper (minced)
Brown sugar Splenda* or brown sugar
Kosher salt
Ground pepper
Butter
Milk
Drain fork-tender potatoes and transfer into Kitchen-Aid mixer (or a medium bowl if using a hand mixer)
Add 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 teaspoon each of salt and pepper, and mix on low until the potatoes begin to mash.
Add finely diced hot pepper and 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Slowly add milk and turn up the whip as it incorporates. Add a bit more milk as needed, then really turn up the power and let the potatoes whip up like fluffy cream.
